EACNGA Community Sports Activities

At EACNGA, we believe that sports are for everyone—a way to build friendships, strengthen our bodies, and bring joy to our community. To nurture this spirit, we are proud to host regular sports activities for all age groups.

📅 Schedule

  • Every Second Saturday of the Month – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Every Last Saturday of the Month – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

⚽ For the First Two Groups (Youth & Young Adults)

Football (soccer) activities will be held for our younger participants. These games are not only fun but also teach teamwork, discipline, and fair play. Running, kicking, and passing the ball strengthen muscles, build endurance, and improve balance—all while creating an exciting atmosphere of friendly competition.

🏐 For the Third Group (Adults)

Volleyball is the featured activity for our adult participants. It is a sport that keeps the body agile, improves reflexes, and builds strong coordination. More than that, it fosters cooperation, laughter, and the joy of achieving goals together.

👟 Women’s Running Race

Every last Saturday of the month, we host a special women’s running race. Running enhances heart health, builds stamina, and sharpens focus. More importantly, this event celebrates the strength, determination, and empowerment of women, reminding us all that sports can be a tool for confidence and leadership. 🌿 Benefits of Sports for Body & Mind

• Physical Health: Sports keep the heart strong, improve circulation, boost the immune system, and help maintain a healthy weight. They strengthen bones and muscles, improve flexibility,

and give us the energy to face daily challenges.
  • Mental Well-Being: Sports reduce stress, anxiety, and depression by releasing endorphins—often called the 'happiness hormones.' They sharpen concentration, improve memory, and
  • encourage problem-solving skills.
  • Social Connection: Through teamwork, encouragement, and shared achievement, sports create bonds of friendship and a sense of belonging.
  • Life Skills: Patience, perseverance, respect for others, and confidence are all strengthened through regular participation in sports.
