From email and online applications to social media and digital security, our training empower individuals to connect, learn, and succeed in today’s digital world. What We Offer

  • Beginner to advanced computer and smartphone basics

Hardware Introduction

  • Computer Basics: Parts of a desktop/laptop, turning it on/off, using the mouse, keyboard, monitor, and storage devices.
  • Smartphone/Tablet Familiarity: Touchscreen navigation, installing/removing apps, charging, and connecting to Wi-Fi.
  • Peripheral Devices: Printers, USB drives, headphones, webcams—how to connect and use them.

Typing and Input Skills

  • Keyboard Skills: Learning home-row keys, typing accuracy, and speed improvement through practice.
  • Text Input on Smartphones: Touchscreen typing, predictive text, and voice-to-text.
  • Multilingual Input: Switching between English, Tigrinya, Arabic, and other languages as needed.
  • Practical Application: Writing emails, filling out forms, entering data correctly.
